RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND PHOTOGRAPHIC/MEDIA AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT
By signing up as a member of Happy Feet's Website, and as a Participant, and/or parent/guardian of a minor participant, hereby understand and accept that Happy Feet (Asociación Pies Felices),Liceo de Villa Real, Nova Everson, and related and associated parties and/or members, and CEPIA (the” Released Parties”) providing access and use of the skatepark, as an outdoor action sport and recreation, is dangerous. Therefore, I knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, and hereby agree to waive, release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties and its members, employees, agents, independent contractors, assigns, guest, business invitees, and sponsors from any liability for accident or injury to the undersigned’s person or property, while I am on the skatepark property for any purpose, including without limitation. I also understand that by using the skatepark, photos or videos of me or my guests may be taken and posted on social media and I agree to such publications.
LIBERACIÓN Y RENUNCIA A RESPONSABILIDAD, ASUNCIÓN DE RIESGO Y ACUERDO DE AUTORIZACIÓN FOTOGRÁFICA/MEDIA
Como miembro de este sitio de Web de Happy Feet como Participante, y/o padre/tutor de un participante menor de edad, entiendo y acepto que Happy Feet Asociación Pies Felices Liceo de Villa Real, Nova Everson, cédula de residencia No. 184001371326 y partes relacionadas y asociadas y/o miembros y CEPIA (las “Partes Liberadas”) que proporciona acceso y uso del skatepark, como deporte de acción al aire libre y recreación, es peligroso. Por lo tanto, asumo a sabiendas y libremente todos los riesgos, tanto conocidos como desconocidos, y por la presente acepto renunciar, liberar, indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a las Partes liberadas y sus miembros, empleados, agentes, contratistas independientes, cesionarios, invitados, invitados comerciales, y patrocinadores de cualquier responsabilidad por accidente o lesión a la persona o propiedad del abajo firmante, mientras estoy en la propiedad del skatepark por cualquier motivo, incluido, entre otros.
